She’s the powerhouse of pastry, but Anna is also an author, presenter, DJ and creative director of her namesake company. Her big personality and magnetic energy make her a hit with any audience. She’s bold, bright and exceeds expectations, just like her hair.

Eric Pateman is one of the world’s leading consultants and strategists on culinary tourism, and the only expert on the planet who unites a background as a chef with an MBA in Finance and international experience in over 100 countries.

Eric will be discussing with us the possibilities for our industry's recovery. With such immense changes in our industry taking place such as staffing, mental health and how to grow business he will impart his wisdom from a global perspective on how our industry can tackle these issues.
